Whatever the roadblocks may be, it's my job to help you identify and find a solution to your obstacles so you can reach your fat loss/body composition goals.
How It Works
The first step in the process is information gathering. We begin by gathering the following:
• Short-term and long-term goals
• Fitness history, including injuries
• Dietary habits, food allergies, types of diets you have tried
• General lifestyle
Once we have gone over all of the information needed, we will have a phone/Skype session. This is a dual process, every person is different and I trust your knowledge of your own body. We will collaborate to come up with the best course of action. Then we get going!
I will track progress on a daily basis. This can include scale weight, body fat measurements, food logs, pictures, as well as subjective data like how you are feeling physically and mentally. We will then make changes as needed. Changes can include nutrition, training frequency, supplementation, and thought processes.
I will check in bi-weekly to get feedback on how you are doing, how you are feeling, and reflect on goals as well as develop new ones. These check-ins can be either phone call, Skype, or text, whichever suits/is most comfortable for you. In addition to bi-weekly check-ins, all clients are encouraged to email or text any questions or difficulties you are having. I respond extremely quickly. A few hours at most, usually within one hour.
